Training goal
Teach your dog to come in and keep hold of the dumbbell until you take it. A relaxed, reliable hold is the final piece to perfect your dogs retrieve.

Choosing a size
Pick a dumbbell to suit your dog, it is important there is some clearance of their cheeks, and under the bar clearance when they pick it up for their chin. If in doubt, or if you want to be sure don't hesitate to ask myself of Caroline, we will be happy to advise.
Care & safety
Supervise use; this is a training tool, not a chew toy.
Wipe clean and air-dry; avoid soaking.
Store in your training bag to preserve that all-important scent.
